Brookfield College

Tralee Tuition Centre was established in 1988. Originally the school offered grinds and revision courses to second level students. In 1993 we began taking in students on a full time basis. Initially the programme was confined to Repeat Leaving Certificate students.

In 2001 we expanded to take on first time 6th Year students and followed on in 2002 by enrolling 5th Year students. Now we offer a full senior cycle. To properly reflect the fact that we are a major provider of quality second level education in Kerry we changed our name to Brookfield College in 2003

KERRY EDUCATION BOARD IRELAND

ETBs are statutory authorities which have responsibility for education and training, youth work and a range of other statutory functions. ETBs manage and operate second-level schools, further education colleges, multi-faith community national schools and a range of adult and further education centres delivering education and training programmes.
